Course Description: This is a Mobile Training Course that provides training for Department of Defense personnel in the knowledge and skills needed to perform the installation and configuration of a GCCS-J enclave as per the current procedures for the GCCS-j Technical Transition Plan/ GCCS-J Server Deployment using Virtualization (either VMware or QEMU-KVM), and GCCS Automated Installation Server (GAIS)/Distribution Service Point (DSP) server, GCCS-J Installation Guide (GIP) and GCCS-J Windows Installation System (GWISAP) documentation. The scope of training includes installation and configuration of RHEL and Windows 2012 Servers, setting up Virtual Machines/Servers, as well as installing and configuring the JBOSS Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web based software, COP server, Oracle and Sybase database servers, I3 Application server, Agile Client (Server/Client) and system backup and recovery. This course is designed for the experienced GCCS-J administrator, who requires familiarization in the latest GCCS-J version Enclave installation and configuration procedures. This course is based on the current GCCS-J 6.0.0 software release.
