Course Description: The course provides training for Air Force personnel in AFSC 65F1 in the knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties as Financial Management officers and civilians. This course is a job site training (JST) course and is a prerequisite for the E3OBR65F1 02AB course. The course provides training for officers (O-1 and above) and civilians, either Palace Acquire (PAQ) or with approval from the career field. Blocks of training include Strategic Orientation and Introduction; Financial Governance; Budget and Accounting; Cost and Data Analytics; and Individual Career Plan, Contingencies, and Disaster. This distant learning course is mandatory before attending course E3OBR65F1 02AB, Basic Financial Management Course - Phase 2, which is in-resident.
