Course Description: The Weather Craftsman course is a four-month asynchronous online course which is self-paced and designed to be flexible to units' Master Training Plans.? Curriculum consists of knowledge base and performance-based tasks; an end-of-course test is not required. The course is not designed to be a stand-alone upgrade training solution and will require?supervisor involvement to ensure success. Supervisors will monitor student progress, evaluate performance items and annotate progress on the?Objective Completion Log.? Once all objectives are complete, supervisors will validate and submit a?signed Objective Completion Log to request?graduation.
