Course Description: This online upgrade course introduces the trainee to various functions of the aviation resource management specialty and the knowledge necessary to become productive members of the career field. All coursework (Unit Review Exercises (UREs), and/or assignments) must be accomplished by required submission dates. It is also the trainee's responsibility to request assistance when having difficulties with any part of the lesson. Trainees, along with their supervisors, will be responsible for the overall progression and completion of all curriculum requirements. This distance learning course consists of four blocks of instruction designed to provide trainees the job knowledge necessary to advance from the 3-skill level to the 5-skill level.
