Course Description: ?The instructional design for this course is asynchronous online delivery with synchronous sessions integrated as advanced organizers for each of the twelve units. The 40-hour course provides training on the instructional strategies required to enhance performance in duties as an instructor/facilitator. The scope of training includes qualities of an instructor, instructor roles, group dynamics, learning theories, communicative process, instructional methods, questioning techniques, multimedia, and presentation delivery.
