Course Description: This course is designed to train personnel the basic fundamentals/knowledge of Emergency Actions Procedures and service directives pertaining to OPLAN 80XX.? This course is NOT a certification course.? The JNC2 course curriculum encompasses training on the following (list is not all inclusive): Nuclear Command and Control (NC2) System, Alert Generation Process, Nuclear Aircraft Teams, support equipment, Force Status Reporting (FSR), Nuclear Execution Reporting Plan (NEREP), Buggy Ride procedures, Forward Located Aircraft Generation (FLAG), Aircraft Dispersal procedures, Emergency Action Message (EAM), codebook usage, Commander Joint Chief of Staff (CJCS) and US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) EA Procedures (EAPs).
