Course Description: This course provides training to selected Department of Defense personnel in the basic skills and knowledge needed to perform Nuclear Command, Control and Communications duties. The scope of training includes Nuclear Command, Control, Communications (NC3) Overview, Strategic Automated Command and Control Systems (SACCS), Aircrew Alerting Communications EMP (AACE) Console; EMP-Hardened Dispersal Communications Primary Conferencing System III (EHDC PCS III), MILSTAR - Satellite Communications System (Dual Modem Upgrade (DMU II)/Single Channel Anti-Jam Manned Portable (SCAMP), and MILSTAR ? Satellite Communications System (G-ASNT). Student materials are classified and will not be removed from the classroom. Time will be allowed after class each day for studying in the classroom.
